Join Holly Shelowitz, Certified Nutrition Counselor and Culinary Educator to learn about the health benefits of fermented foods. Fermentation is a natural process that creates beneficial bacteria for your health (think yogurt, sourdough bread, pickles.) Including fermented foods in our diet supports digestion, elimination, immune health and even our hormones.
