Chair Yoga on Monday at 5pm

Join us on Monday Oct. 27th for Chair Yoga at the library! Perfect for all levels and abilities, chair yoga offers the benefits of traditional yoga—improved flexibility, balance, and peace of mind—while using a chair for support. Kathy Carey guides us in this low-impact class. No special equipment or experience is needed; just bring yourself and wear comfortable clothing.
