WEEKLY STORY HOUR IS BACK ON MARCH 12TH

Thursdays from 10:00-11:00
REGISTRATION REQUIRED!!
This story hour for ages 0-5 will introduce a love for books by using song, movement, rhythm, and rhyme. The program will help improve motor, sensory, and social skills during playtime. Stories and songs are followed by snacks and a hands on craft. This program runs for an hour.

MARIO DAY WITH THE SWITCH 2

THIS IS A TEEN PROGRAM!! Celebrate Mario Day at the library with an epic afternoon of Mario Kart! Tweens and teens are invited to race head-to-head on our Nintendo Switch 2 in a friendly tournament.

MESSY MONDAY: SHAVING CREAM ART

Tuesday, March 16th at 3:30
REGISTRATION REQUIRED!!
FOR AGES 6 AND UP!! Kids will create colorful marbled designs using shaving cream and food coloring. After swirling vibrant colors into fun patterns, participants will press paper onto the surface and scrape away the foam to uncover a one-of-a-kind masterpiece.

CARDBOARD BEETLE BUILDERS

Tuesday, March 24th at 4:00
REGISTRATION REQUIRED!!
FOR AGES EIGHT AND UP!! Kids will design and build their own cardboard beetles using a fun, easy-to-follow template. Participants will customize their creations with paint, markers, and decorative materials to make them bold, bright, or beautifully camouflaged.

VERY HUNGRY STORY TIME

Join us for a colorful celebration inspired by The Very Hungry Caterpillar! Children will enjoy a story time, hands-on crafts, and playful activities all about caterpillars and butterflies.

MAD SCIENCE MONDAY: STATIC SHOCK LAB

Monday, March 30th at 3:30
REGISTRATION REQUIRED!!
FOR AGES 7 AND UP!! In this electrifying program, kids will explore the surprising power of static electricity through hands-on experiments and interactive challenges. Young scientists will discover how static electricity works by rubbing, charging, and testing different materials.

Yearly Summer Reading Program
The benefits to readers in a summer reading program include:

  • The encouragement that reading become a lifelong habit
  • Reluctant readers can be drawn in by the activities
  • Reading over the summer helps children keep their skills up
  • The program can generate interest in the library and books
  • And it being summer, the program can just be good fun and provide an opportunity for family time.

Weekly D&D Program for Tween & Teens, but all ages are welcome. 
Playing D&D 5th edition in an ongoing campaign run by a Dungeon Master with 40 years of experience.  All ages are welcome.
