WEEKLY STORY HOUR IS BACK ON MARCH 12TH

Thursdays from 10:00-11:00 AM
REGISTRATION REQUIRED!!
This story hour for ages 0-5 will introduce a love for books by using song, movement, rhythm, and rhyme. The program will help improve motor, sensory, and social skills during playtime. Stories and songs are followed by snacks and a hands on craft. This program runs for an hour.

PET DAY MOVIE NIGHT: PAWS AND POPCORN

Snuggle up for a cozy movie night celebrating our favorite furry (and feathered!) friends! Enjoy a family-friendly pet-themed film along with popcorn and relaxing fun for all ages. (Movie TBD!)

FOR PRESCHOOL AGED KIDS!! Practice fine motor skills while creating glittery artwork! Kids will follow a line template of their choice and glue gems or sequins to make a sparkling masterpiece.

WEAVING BIRDS

Wednesday, April 15th at 4:00
REGISTRATION REQUIRED!!
FOR AGES 7 AND UP!! Learn the basics of weaving using simple cardboard looms. Kids will create bright woven bird designs while exploring patterns, textures, and colors.

KIDCHELLA: A MINI MUSIC FESTIVAL FOR KIDS

FOR AGES 8 AND UP!! Turn an old T-shirt into a reusable tote: no sewing needed! Kids can bring their own shirt or choose one from our collection as they cut, tie, and transform it into a fun and functional bag.

AFTER HOURS TEEN HANG

THIS IS A TEEN PROGRAM!! Teens are invited to the library after closing for a chill night of fun! Try out the Nintendo Switch 2, get creative with origami, and enjoy some tasty snacks while hanging out with friends.

MESSY MONDAY: CLOUD SLIME

REGISTRATION REQUIRED!!
FOR AGES 6 AND UP!! Get ready to stretch, swirl, and squish! In this hands-on slime lab, kids will mix ingredients to create their own soft and fluffy cloud slime to take home. Dress for a mess!

Yearly Summer Reading Program
The benefits to readers in a summer reading program include:

  • The encouragement that reading become a lifelong habit
  • Reluctant readers can be drawn in by the activities
  • Reading over the summer helps children keep their skills up
  • The program can generate interest in the library and books
  • And it being summer, the program can just be good fun and provide an opportunity for family time.

Weekly D&D Program for Tween & Teens, but all ages are welcome. 
Playing D&D 5th edition in an ongoing campaign run by a Dungeon Master with 40 years of experience.  All ages are welcome.
