Story Hour Is Back Sept. 4th!

Thursdays from 10:00-11:00
REGISTRATION REQUIRED!!
This story hour for ages 0-5 will introduce a love for books by using song, movement, rhythm, and rhyme. The program will help improve motor, sensory, and social skills during playtime. Stories and songs are followed by snacks and a hands on craft. This program runs for an hour.

Dress To Impress Back To School Fashion Show

Ready to serve looks IRL? Step out of the game and onto the catwalk in our Back to School Fashion show! Just like in the game, you’ll have a chance to show off your best outfits, strut the runway, and wow the judges with your creativity and confidence (bring your winning fit from home, or piece it together from our menagerie!)

K-Pop Demon Hunters Party

Saturday, September 20th at 5:00
Step into the library, where epic beats meet epic battles! Join us for a high-energy K-Pop Demon Hunters–inspired party that mixes music, dance and adventure. Come dressed as your favorite character, participate in trivia, craft and trade character keychains, enjoy ramyun and sodapop, get your picture taken on our photo wall and then follow a tutorial to learn the hottest  dance craze! This program is perfect for tweens and teens who love the music, the movie, or BOTH!

Mad Science Monday!

Put on your goggles and get ready for some wacky, hands-on fun! Kids are invited to step into our Mad Scientist Lab, where curiosity and creativity take center stage. This program is perfect for young scientists who love to tinker, explore, and get a little messy—all in the name of discovery!

Yearly Summer Reading Program
The benefits to readers in a summer reading program include:

  • The encouragement that reading become a lifelong habit
  • Reluctant readers can be drawn in by the activities
  • Reading over the summer helps children keep their skills up
  • The program can generate interest in the library and books
  • And it being summer, the program can just be good fun and provide an opportunity for family time.

Weekly D&D Program for Tween & Teens, but all ages are welcome. 
Playing D&D 5th edition in an ongoing campaign run by a Dungeon Master with 40 years of experience.  All ages are welcome.
