Join us for a virtual egg hunt!
We were very sad to cancel our annual egg hunt on the Library lawn, but we are hosting a virtual I Spy Egg Hunt right here on Facebook.
There are several ways to participate:
1. Take plastic or decorative eggs and hide them inside or outside of your home. Snap a picture of the hidden egg and post it in the discussion section of this event. You can post as many pictures as you want! Feel free to give a hint and the answer in the comments if you think your egg is hard to spy! Include these hashtags in your post: #ispyegghunt #hurleylibrary See an example posted in the discussion section of this event. Post your pictures any time between now and April 13th. Get creative!
2. On April 14th, come back to this event and play I Spy with all the pictures people have posted in the event. Have fun finding where eggs are hiding in each picture! Like the photo or comment once you find the egg!
3. If you participated by posting pictures and/or playing I Spy in this event, stop by the Library to get a prize when we reopen! Just tell someone at the front counter that you participated in the I Spy Egg Hunt on Facebook to receive your prize!
If you have any questions, let us know! We hope the whole family can have fun doing this virtual program!
Miss Amy is hosting a virtual PJ Storytime Tuesday, April 7th at 7 pm!
